Enrique, P.E., Chairman and CEO at CMS Corporation, to receive the prestigious Order of the SPR award. This is the highest honor awarded by the NPMC, recognizing significant and enduring contributions to the aviation fueling world. The Order of the SPR symbolizes excellence, innovation, and purpose, represented by the universal aircraft fueling adapter, or SPR (Single Point Receptacle). The SPR has been a cornerstone of aviation fueling systems for over 60 years, and the award celebrates those who have gone above and beyond to advance the industry.
Enrique’s distinguished career spans over 30 years in the POL industry, during which time he has demonstrated exceptional technical leadership, strategic vision, and dedication to advancing mission-critical fueling infrastructure. As a licensed Professional Engineer with advanced academic credentials in Civil Engineering, Enrique has overseen more than 200 POL-related task orders valued at nearly half a billion dollars, spanning regions across the United States, the Caribbean, Europe, SW Asia, and the Pacific.
