We believe our internship positions offer valuable real-world training to students in many different disciplines. Our interns develop professional skills while working under the guidance of our highly qualified staff. Internships are offered on a formal and informal basis at many CMS office locations in areas such as Construction Management, Health & Safety, Human Resources, Accounting, and Marketing.

Skilled Trades

CMS typically self-performs at least 20% of the scope of work on our construction projects. We have the capability to self-perform a higher percentage on many projects, including projects that involve mechanical work. As a result, skilled tradespeople are integral to our success. We encourage each skilled trades Team Member to excel in their trades by offering training and the latest in tools and equipment. Most importantly, safety is a priority for us on every project.
