We believe our internship positions offer valuable real-world training to students in many different disciplines. CMS typically self-performs at least 20% of the scope of work on our construction projects. We have the capability to self-perform a higher percentage on many projects, including projects that involve mechanical work. As a result, skilled tradespeople are integral to our success.
