Maumee, OH – CMS Corporation (CMS) has been awarded a 5-year, $997 million Global Petroleum, Oil, and Lubricant (GPOL) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) by the NAVFAC Expeditionary Warfare Center (EXWC) out of Port Hueneme, CA. CMS is one of ten awardees positioned to support critical military fuels infrastructure worldwide.
The scope of work covers all aspects of POL project execution. This includes construction, maintenance, repair, design, inspection, testing, and engineering services for pipelines, fuel storage tanks, and associated systems and equipment at POL facilities. CMS will perform work at Navy and Marine Corps installations worldwide, with approximately 50% of the projects executed within the continental United States (CONUS) and the remaining 50% at installations located outside the continental United States (OCONUS).
