MAUMEE, OH – USACE Louisville District has awarded CMS Corporation (CMS) a small business indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (ID/IQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Construction Services for the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division Mission Boundaries. Construction projects under this contract will be located primarily within the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division Mission Boundaries to include Military, Civil Works, and Army and Air Force Reserve projects. The combined contract ceiling is $240,000,000 and the period of performance is for a 3-year base period plus one 2-year option period.

Types of work to be performed under the contract may include, but are not limited to, new building construction, building renovation, demolition, building debris-type removal, and structural repairs; site work, utility installation/replacement, paving, civil works (e.g., flood damage reduction, such as channel improvements, bank stabilization, levees and floodwalls), and landscaping; industrial repairs and equipment upgrades; geotechnical work; instrumentation, architectural, and security systems; lead-based paint, PCB, asbestos, and hazardous, toxic, and radiological waste abatement; and design associated with all of the various aforementioned tasks.

CMS has a long history with USACE Louisville District; however, this is the first ID/IQ contract win with the District. Company CEO Ernest Enrique stated, “This is truly a special win for CMS. Having just graduated from the Small Business Administration’s 8(a) Program earlier this year, this is the type of contract vehicle that provides us a solid foundation building forward. It not only allows us to provide jobs and grow our company, but also allows us to continue to build on our solid corporate resume in the US heartland – right in our own back yard.”
