Maumee, OH – CMS Corporation is proud to announce that CMS K.K. (CMS), a wholly owned Japanese subsidiary of CMS Corporation, has been awarded a $1.3 million Design-Build project to provide radon mitigation systems across Kadena Air Base, as well as multiple U.S. Marine Corps installations, throughout Okinawa.
Under this project, CMS will work on radon mitigation upgrades for 210 military housing units. The scope of work includes site inspections, review of existing drawings and radon testing data, and design and installation of sub-slab depressurization systems to reduce radon exposure and improve the safety of military housing for service members and their families.
