Maumee, OH – CMS Corporation announced today that in a joint venture (JV) with Jack Wayte Construction, called Jack Wayte CMS JV, it has been awarded a $699M Fuels Design-Build/Design-Bid-Build Small Business (SB) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) by USACE Omaha District.
Under this MATOC, the team will perform fuels work in the continental US (CONUS), Alaska, Hawaii and outlying areas, such as Puerto Rico and the Northern Mariana Islands, the territories of American Samoa, Guam, and US Virgin Islands, and minor outlying islands of the US. The work itself includes: construction and renovation of facilities supporting every stage of fuel operations, including fuel receipt, pipelines, storage tanks, transfer systems, and containments, along with the laboratory testing that ensures fuel quality and safety throughout. The scope extends further into petroleum, oil, and lubricants (POL) operations, quality control, equipment, and dispensing systems, with task orders also encompassing fuel system design, inspection services, and any additional support required to carry each construction project from planning through completion.
