Maumee, OH – CMS Corporation announced today it has been awarded the Space Coast Multiple Award Construction Contract (SCMACC). The contract ceiling for the SCMACC is $750 million, with a period of performance through November of 2031.
Under this contract, CMS will bid on various D-B and DBB maintenance, repair, and minor construction task orders at installations located along the Florida Space Coast, to include Cape Canaveral Space Force Station (CCSFS), Patrick Space Force Base (SFB), Kennedy Space Center (KSC), Jonathan Dickinson Missile Tracking Annex (JDMTA), Naval Ordnance Test Unit (NOTU), Air Force Technical Applications Center (AFTAC), National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), MacDill AFB and all other tenant units located at CCSFS and Patrick SFB. Task orders can range up to $10M.
CMS has prior work experience at CCSFS. Most recently, CMS was awarded a $36.3M project to construct a payload storage facility at CCSFS.
