BARGERSVILLE, IN — Matt Fields was selected by his peers to receive the Metro Indianapolis Coalition for Construction Safety (MICCS) Outstanding Craftsperson Award. This recognition gives every MICCS Association member firm an opportunity to publicly honor a craftsperson who they believe warrants distinction. It is intended to honor employees who work in the field, up to the level of Foreman.
Mr. Fields received the award at the 22nd Annual MICCS Anniversary and Awards Celebration on April 30, 2015, at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis. He received a Carhartt winter jacket embroidered with the MICCS logo, “Outstanding Craftsperson 2015,” and his name. Mr. Fields is a repeat (2 time) winner of this key award.
Several CMS team members attended the awards ceremony with Mr. Fields, including John Eden, Jake Hahn, Chris Jones, Khush Mander, and Phil Schmitt. Nominations cited him for his strong commitment to quality and safety, resourcefulness, problem-solving capabilities, customer service and responsiveness, and team work.
