BARGERSVILLE, IN – CMS Corporation (CMS) has been awarded a $3.5 million turnkey contract with a Fortune 500 company serving the agrochemical and agricultural biotechnology sector to install nine process piping systems at a new facility in Texas.
CMS’s scope of work will include installation of process piping serving the following systems: 1) process water, 2) compressed air, 3) natural gas, 4) sulfuric acid, 5) neutralization wash, 6) recovered acid water, 7) surfactant, 8) lab use, and 9) chemical treatment at this facility.
CMS will pre-fabricate selected materials at its 12,500-SF fabrication facility in Bargersville, IN. All other self-performing mechanical construction will be performed on site. CMS expects to have over 25 skilled trades on site during peak performance within the 4-month construction period. CMS’s completion date is November 2017. The new facility is expected to open in 2018.
