Maumee, OH – CMS Corporation announced today it has been awarded a $250M USACE Great Lakes & Ohio River Division (LRD) Regional Construction Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). Under this five-year MATOC, work will be performed throughout the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division boundaries, which covers seven Corps districts (Buffalo, Chicago, Detroit, Huntington, Louisville, Nashville, and Pittsburgh Districts) and includes all or part of the following states: Alabama, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.
Task orders under this MATOC will be design-build or design-bid-build and range from $1M to $20M. Scopes of work may include working on/around locks and dams, stream and drainage channel improvement/modification, breakwater or pier repair, bridge construction/repairs, structural/mechanical/electrical repairs, site work, security systems and fencing, concrete installation, underground utility work, paving, equipment upgrades, surveying, LBP and asbestos abatement, building renovation, demolition, and building debris-type removal, as well as architectural, geotechnical, electrical, mechanical, structural, civil engineering analysis and design associated with all of the aforementioned tasks.
