BLOOMINGTON, IN — CMS kicked off its new Health and Wellness initiative by forming a team to walk in the March of Dimes three-mile “March for Babies” on April 28 in Bloomington. CMS Team members, Mercedes Enrique (accompanied by Enzo the puppy), Jana Hasty, Claire Mitchell, and Stacy Nahlen, dedicated their efforts and earnings as a memorial to Owen John Wick, wearing shirts that read “Team CMS Marching for Owen.

The mission of the March of Dimes is to “help moms have full-term pregnancies and research the problems that threaten the health of babies.”

Team CMS raised $1,170 in donations, including a large donation raised at the pitch-in hosted in Bargersville on Wednesday, April 24. Many thanks to all who walked, donated, grilled, and/or “pitched-in” at the delicious lunch!
