Maumee, OH – CMS Corporation (CMS) announced today it has been awarded a $5.8M task order for Design-Build (DB) Construction Services to Repair Dorm Building 3210 at Goodfellow AFB, TX. This project was awarded under the Air Force’s Regional Engineering and Construction (RE&C) Central Region contract.
The scope of work for this project includes a complete renovation of the dormitory, including all major building systems (e.g., MEP, fire alarm, and CCTV systems); interior renovations and finishes; structural renovation; removal/storage of dormitory furniture; civil upgrades to utilities and sidewalks; and upgrades to door locks. Renovation work will be performed concurrently with daily base operations.
