MAUMEE, OH – CMS Corporation (CMS), an experienced Department of Defense construction and bulk fuels prime contractor, announced today it has been awarded an $11.6 million project to repair multiple aboveground storage tanks (ASTs) at Andersen AFB, Guam. Under this project, CMS will make a wide range of repairs to three ASTs containing JP-8 jet fuel. Each 100,479 BBL (4.2M gallon) tank stands 24-feet high with a 173-foot diameter. All of the tanks are currently in service.

The U.S. Air Force awarded this project to CMS – a prime contract holder under the $2.5 billion Worldwide Engineering and Construction multiple award contract. We have successfully completed over $100 million in new construction, renovation and bulk fuels work for our Air Force and Navy clients at this strategic location.
