Maumee, OH – CMS announced today that Semper Tek CMS JV, a joint venture (JV) between Ohio-based CMS Corporation and its Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Protégé, Lexington-based Semper Tek, has been awarded a $21M project at the Lexington Veterans Administration Health Care System, Franklin R. Sousley Campus in Lexington, KY.
Under this award Semper Tek CMS JV will make Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) Infrastructure Upgrades to the facility. This involves facility modifications and infrastructure upgrades to support the deployment of the new EHR system, including IT infrastructure, power systems, network cabling, server rooms, upgrades to the fire alarm, building automation – HVAC, and security and access control systems, as well as architectural, mechanical and electrical systems.
