Maumee, OH – CMS announced today that Jack Wayte CMS JV, a joint venture (JV) between Ohio-based CMS Corporation and its Protégé, New Mexico-based Jack Wayte Construction Co., Inc., also, its Mentor Protégé, has been awarded a $15B, 10-year US Air Force Small Business Comprehensive Construction & Engineering (C2E) Worldwide Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.
Under this award, Jack Wayte CMS JV will deliver a broad range of design-build (D-B) and design-bid-build (DBB) construction and engineering services for the Air Force and other federal agencies worldwide. Work is anticipated to include new construction and renovation of administrative and highly secure facilities, hangars, maintenance facilities, fuel systems, airfields (runways, taxiways, shoulders, aprons), utilities, historic renovations, and general civil and infrastructure work.
Work will primarily be performed at Department of Defense installations throughout the United States and its outlying areas, including Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Johnston Atoll, Midway, Wake Island, and more, with task orders ranging up to $50 million. The contracting activity is the 772nd Enterprise Sourcing Squadron based at Joint Base Lackland-San Antonio, TX.
