Maumee, OH – CMS Corporation (CMS) announced today that it has been awarded a $13M task order (TO) under its NAVFAC Guam Small Business Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) to Repair the Andersen AFB Municipal Solid Waste Landfill Cells 1 and 2 in Yigo, Guam.
Under this design-bid-build TO, CMS will repair and stabilize the existing landfill, provide site accessibility and repair the stormwater management system, repair the underdrain system and restore infiltration and treatment capacity. We will also demolish the existing leachate tank and associated components, prepare the footprint, and construct a new grounded tank on a newly poured concrete foundation ring.
