Maumee, OH – CMS Corporation is pleased to announce the award of a $1.2 million demolition project at Dover Air Force Base (AFB), DE. This project, secured under a design-build task order, was awarded under CMS’s $70 million Dover Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC).
On this project, CMS will perform a comprehensive site survey followed by the demolition of the Engine Storage Facility, Hangar 716, including the slab and foundation, as well as any associated utilities. Our scope of work includes hauling off salvageable materials for recycling, properly disposing of any unsalvageable debris or hazardous materials, and restoring the site post-demolition.
CMS has a long history of successful project delivery at Dover AFB.
