CMS Wins $15M project to construct an In-Transit Munitions Facility at Dover AFB

Maumee, OH – CMS Corporation has been awarded a $15M Design-Bid-Build task order to construct an In-Transit Munitions Facility at Dover AFB, DE. This task order was awarded under our Air Force Regional Engineering and Construction (RE&C) East Region IDIQ contract.

The scope of this project involves the demolition of the existing Building 1202 loading dock and any underground structures or utilities. We will also execute the ground-up construction of a new earth-covered concrete magazine (ECM), including a loading dock, concrete access pavement, communications and security systems, equipment and utilities.

This project is our 4th project award at Dover AFB to date. “This project not only represents repeat business at the base, but also underscores our commitment to delivering high-quality, mission-critical infrastructure. Our team looks forward to contributing to the safety and efficiency of operations at Dover AFB,” said Ernest Enrique, Chairman and CEO of CMS.
