Maumee, OH – CMS Corporation, a leading Department of Defense construction contractor with a significant presence on the island of Guam, has been awarded a $600M Guam Design-Build Multiple Award Construction Contract (DBMACC). This IDIQ contract was awarded by NAVFAC Marianas, and will produce task orders requiring new construction, renovation/modernization, and routine repair and maintenance at various federal or military facilities on Guam & other outlying areas in the Pacific.
CMS is one of ten firms awarded this MACC IDIQ contract. Performance technical specifications under this MACC may include HVAC, Electrical, Fire Protection, Exterior work, Interior work, Plumbing, Site civil/mechanical utilities and Site electrical utilities, among others.
