Maumee, OH – CMS Corporation, a global leader in Department of Defense construction contracting, announced today it has been awarded a $13.7M project to Repair and Renovate Student Dorm Building 10656 at JBSA-Lackland, TX. This project was awarded under CMS’ Regional Engineering and Construction (RE&C) Central Region IDIQ contract with the United States Air Force.
As it stands today, Building 10656 is a partially renovated three-story airman dormitory. CMS will complete the renovations as described in the contract plans and specifications.
