Bargersville, IN, April 6, 2016 – CMS Corporation, a leading mechanical construction firm providing turnkey and design-build services, announced today that it has been awarded a $957,816 contract with Indiana University at their Bloomington campus. The scope of work includes the provision of all labor, material, and equipment to provide new steam and pumped condensate piping from a connection point near the Central Heating Plant to a point near Luddy Hall, a to-be-constructed Informatics & Computing Building, the provision of a hot tap and valves for the chilled water supply and return piping at the intersection of North Forest Avenue and 11th Street, and the installation of an electrical duct bank and medium voltage electrical service.
