CMS is repairing and constructing a 4-story, 179,000-SF administrative facility at Beale AFB. We are architecturally modernizing and renovating the entire building, which was originally constructed in the late 1950s. Work includes renovation on all floors, renovation of the East Entry, and construction of the West Atrium, as well as replacement of the roof assembly, waterproofing the building envelope, and installing new lightning protection systems. Asbestos, lead-based paint (LBP) and/or PCB abatement activities are being conducted throughout the building, as needed. All floors of the building will undergo renovation, with construction carefully phased to minimize the need to relocate building tenants and ensure continuous operations in designated areas.
