CMS Mechanical self-performs work in both the commercial and industrial sectors, including scopes of work related to the provision, installation, and service of heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems, process piping/systems, and energy systems. The latter includes electrical generation and co-generation systems, and all related peripheral elements required to deliver fully functional systems to our customers.

CMS Mechanical is a technology-progressive contractor that employs Virtual Design & Construction/Building Information Modeling (BIM), and integrated scheduling software platforms to improve constructability and quality, and lower construction costs for the mechanical systems installed. 

To support our on-site project services, CMS Mechanical has an extensive fabrication infrastructure, including our 12,500-SF campus located in Bargersville, IN, which permits our highly experienced team to fabricate custom skids, spool equipment, and piping systems. Additionally, CMS Mechanical is equipped with the necessary equipment and processes for procurement, and on-site storage and warehousing, to competitively engage in large-scale projects, and mitigate risks that may occur with 100% on-site project construction services, such as bad weather and other site conditions.
