CMS executed a $15.5M design-bid-build project to repair and replace ten HVAC systems in Facility 20028 at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. Our team successfully installed a comprehensive fire suppression system and replaced the fluorescent lighting. Building occupants were relocated during construction to a leased modular facility for which CMS provided allied support such as water, sewer, and power connections. Before the facility was re-occupied, CMS performed life safety inspections and testing of the fire alarm system, fire sprinkler system, and actuating fire dampers that were tied into the air handling and fire alarm control systems.
