CMS executed a $15.5M Design-Bid-Build project to repair and replace ten HVAC systems in Facility 20028 at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. Our team successfully installed a comprehensive HVAC system, the cooling tower, completed a ceiling replacement/reconfiguration, replaced all existing hydronic piping and ductwork, and provided a new fire suppression system. Building occupants were relocated during construction to a leased modular facility for which CMS provided allied support such as water, sewer, and power connections. Before the facility was re-occupied, CMS performed life safety inspections and testing of the new HVAC, fire, and electrical systems.
