CMS executed an $11.6M Design-Bid-Build project at Wright-Patterson AFB to make repairs to four 45,000 SF Kittyhawk dormitories.  Work included replacing and upgrading all existing exterior windows and doors with blast-resistant windows and doors, as well as upgrading lighting, switchgears, fire alarm control panels, HVAC, thermostats, smoke detectors, and fire suppression heads. CMS self-performed fabrication and installation of the steel blast-resistant window frames at the fabrication shop in Bargersville, IN. Additionally, CMS completed mold remediation and repaired impacted pipe insulation.
