CMS renovated existing space within Bldg. 1060, located along the flight line, into a hot and cold food kiosk. The kiosk (aka “The Dragon’s Lair”), capable of accommodating over 1,500 purchases per day, provides Airmen working on the flight line with quick access to convenient, healthy food options, without the need to leave the flight line area.

Renovation activities included selective demolition, new flooring and wall base, painting, new suspended acoustical ceiling and light fixtures, new wall coverings, sinks, countertops, cabinets, power receptacles, light switches, electrical power for additional receptacles, electrical panel upgrades, plumbing and HVAC modifications, as well as installation of new equipment (refrigeration units, freezers, microwaves, etc.).
