CMS managed a design-build project to construct a 24,913 SF Combat Support Vehicle Maintenance Facility. Interior spaces included administrative offices, mechanical, communications, conference and training rooms, equipment lifts and an overhead bridge crane, battery shop, secured tool storage, material control room, machine shops, tire storage, a multi-purpose bay, drive-thru bay, tire repair bay, and paint booth bay. Exterior work included grading and drainage, underground utilities, installation of three new sewer manholes, an oil/water separator, bioswales, fire hydrant, bike rack, asphalt concrete driveways, and vehicle/equipment parking lots (22,000 SF of paving), and sidewalks (2,445 SF).
