The CMS D-B team executed the repairs of a multi-product fuels facility project at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. Work included the repair of a truck loading and offloading facility for diesel fuel; repair of the building housing the mechanical and electrical equipment for the loading/offloading facility; demolition work; and new construction. Additionally, CMS completed pavement repairs; demolition, erosion, and sediment control; new piping, electrical grounding, and the implementation of an emergency fuels shut-off (EFSO) system. Civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines were all required in support and completion of this project.
