Ethics

The CMS Code of Ethics is one aspect of the standards of business conduct that are to be maintained at CMS. It is the Company’s policy to maintain compliance with all contractual and legal obligations. Further, it is the Company’s policy to go beyond simply maintaining compliance; it is to maintain good business practices and avoid even the appearance of wrongdoing.

When performing as a government contractor, CMS has a special obligation to the Government to meet both its legal obligations and its own standards of integrity and quality.

CMS is committed to compliance with not only the letter but also the spirit of government contracting laws and regulations. To communicate CMS’s standards and procedures and other aspects of CMS’s business ethics program, our company follows these requirements:

CMS has established a hotline that can be accessed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If you are uncertain if a situation violates company policy, constitutes harassment or discrimination, or company well-being, please seek clarification. CMS would rather have you ask than let problems go unchecked.

Callers may remain anonymous or provide their contact information. Remember, if you remain anonymous, there won’t be any way to follow up with you.

Do not use the hotline for immediate threats to life or property. These calls should go immediately to 911 or Security, depending on your location.
